Thanos invincible? Yes. How? By collecting the Infinity Gauntlet which then allows him to control the soul, the mind, power, time, reality and space. Why? To impress his love, Mistress Death. Bless him.

The Infinity Gauntlet is an exciting series that's remained quite unknown and unappreciated. The drawings are intricate and detailed, George Pérez, and the writing's nothing special but does the job, Jim Starlin. It's definitely worth a read.
